<p>Tom is actively involved in his local community. He recently volunteered his time to help rebuild a remote village community in Solomon Islands through the Emergency Architects Australia where he learned the problems and solutions that occur under difficult building conditions.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tania is a Registered Architect with 21 years experience across a wide project portfolio. Prior to joining MODE DESIGN, Tania worked for well established design practices in Brisbane, Sydney and New Zealand.</p>
<p>Tania is experience in all facets  of architecture and is able to successfully lead and coordinate her project team. In 2008 she was the Senior Project Architect for the the award winning $50 million Yatala Mail Sorting Facility in Queensland. As a Green Star Accredited Professional, Tania seeks to apply these skills throughout all her projects. Tania has also worked as a heritage consultant in Sydney.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Simon has worked across a wide range of roles throughout his 10 year career in the construction industry bringing his strong project experience across residential,  hospitality, tourism, bars and nightclub design to the Brisbane team.</p>
<p>After completing his studies at the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom, Simon had the opportunity to complete corporate fit outs and retail outlets for well established companies including Bloomberg, Harrods of London and Goldman Sachs. His experience also includes interior fit outs for luxury penthouses on the Gold Coast and on large international projects in Abu Dhabi and Japan.</p>

He has undertaken studies in Architectural Technology at South Bank Institute of TAFE, and is Licensed with BSA as a low-rise building designer.</p>
<p>Gerard has very strong technical knowledge of construction methods across both residential and industrial buildings.</p>

In her capacity as Assistant Architect, Neng was heavily involved on the refurbishments to many hotels, taverns, bistros and liquor barns throughout South East Queensland. Her project experience spans across hospitality and tourism to include residential, commercial, industrial and master planning projects.</p>
<p>Neng is a Registered Architect in Thailand and holds a Master of Project Management from the University of Queensland.</p>

In 2008, Laura was awarded the International Exchange Student Scholarship which led her to foster her love for travelling and study architecture in France for a year. Laura&#8217;s favourite architects include Calatrava, Gaudi and Frank Ghery.</p>

She was been involved in documentation for a wide range of residential developments from single residences to townhouses and luxury units. During her studies Romina competed in the Lush Wall project where sustainable design principles were applied to engage community awareness and university interaction.</p>
<p>Romina is inspired by Europe, Gudi and Dali. She holds a Masters of Architecture and Bachelor of Built Environment from the Queensland University of Technology.</p>
