The AFP Building is a two-storey 3,600sqm building comprising of a steel structural system, post-tension first floor concrete slab and a combination of masonry and light steel frame wall construction. The majority of the first floor of the building is clad in Alpolic aluminium sandwich panels while the ground floor is rendered blockwork.

Frueauf Village

This multi purpose ski village is located in the High Plains of South East Victoria at Falls Creek. The central core provides for a cinema and restaurant and is surrounded by separate lodges. The extreme climate has required the careful selection of materials which are natural stone, copper and timber cladding and galvanised steelwork.

Mandala Winery

Mandala Winery is featured as a top destination in the Yarra Valley. The building provides for wine tasting, cellar door sales, a café and a restaurant. The striking entrance encourages visitors to venture in and experience the various activities. Robust finishes of corten steel, timber and recycled rubber flooring easily cater for the maximum use of all areas.

Kangaroo Point Holiday Apartments

Springfield Retail Centre

This shopping centre at Springfield was an ‘incubator’ project for the precinct. The project included 2000m2 of retail shops and professional offices. The construction utilised composite panels for the roof and awning construction to minimise heating and cooling requirements.

Graceville Village

A mixed-use development consisting of retail/commercial space and mid-market apartment living encompassing a central courtyard. The building offers unique form to an area where no current precedent exists.

Melbourne Street Development

Coyote House and La Melba were designed for Property Solutions Pty Ltd who had acquired the land parcels, partly freehold and partly leasehold, for a small-scale commercial development. The site, situated in a significant heritage precinct in South Brisbane, presented considerable development constraints.

O’Connel Terrace

This commercial development was undertaken for Property Solutions Pty Ltd. It is one of the initial urban renewal projects in the Bowen Hills area of inner Brisbane. The Clients had identified a market need for small, flexible showroom and office units with a measure of individuality in the streetscape.

Montegos On The Bay
