Fiona Eddleston

Fiona is MODE DESIGN’s Registered Landscape Architect, bringing 20 years experience in landscape architecture and urban design to the team.

Fiona has worked on commercial projects in Victoria, South Australia and the Northern Territory, and contributes an understanding of environmentally sensitive design and practical landscape solutions.

Prior to joining MODE, Fiona established her own practice focusing in providing landscape architecture for urban landscapes, recreational facilities and specialising in rehabilitation of creeks and waterways, and in outdoor play spaces for children.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in addition to a Masters of Tropical Environmental Management and is an active member of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects.

Mike Morris

Tim joined MODE DESIGN in 2006 as the Sunshine Coast Studio Manager.

His background in sports and recreational design has seen him lead in the design of international standard stadiums in Australia and New Zealand. Tim is a Green Star Accredited Professional and leverages his international design experience to provide exceptional design outcomes.

Paul Oreshkin

Paul joined MODE DESIGN in 2007 as Sydney Studio Manager.

With over 15 years experience in architecture, Paul currently leads the Sydney design team. Paul uses his cross sector design experience across health care, industrial, research / pharmaceutical, retirement living, education, hospitality and tourism to develop innovative built solutions for his Clients. Paul is an accredited Green Star architect and is committed to driving sustainable change in the built environment.

Max Weston

Max joined MODE DESIGN in 2007 and was appointed Studio Manager of the Darwin office in 2008.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from the Queensland University of Technology in 2006, Max’s strong design and project management skills has seen him effectively lead project teams across education, residential, community and mixed use development.

Max’s talent lies in providing cost effective solutions through innovative use and selection of materials. Max is currently the President of the Association of Consulting Architects Australia in the Northern Territory.

Liam Radich

Liam joined MODE DESIGN in 2007 and was appointed Manager of the Gold Coast studio in September 2009.

Liam’s strong design skills complemented by his leadership ability has seen him excel in affordable housing, residential, mixed-use developments, master planning urban design.

Liam is dedicated to improving the built environment through innovative and performance based solutions. His designs have been exhibited in Australia and internationally.
