Kelly has joined MODE as the new receptionist in the Brisbane Office. She has 10 years experience in Administration and Customer Service. Kelly just returned from Canada where she lived and worked since 2009 and is looking forward to being a part of the MODE team.

Carl Gahan

Carl brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the built environment to the practice, in particular with regard to the project procurement and delivery to the end users. Having worked for both small principal owned practices and multi disciplinary firms, nationally and internationally, he has gained experience within all major architectural fields including commercial, residential, Healthcare, hospitality, Industrial and correctional projects.

With a post graduate qualification in Project Management and Fire Safety Practice, in addition to a Degree in Architecture, Carl possesses the necessary skills, knowledge and passion to take projects from conception to completion.

Jarrod Williams

Jarrod is currently finishing a diploma in building design and technology part-time and has been working in the industry for over 4 years. Jarrod brings to mode experience in correctional work and a variety of different projects with a broad knowledge of software packages. Always eager to learn more in all areas and looking forward to doing so within the company.

Harriet Coxon

Since joining the company in 2010, Harriet has advanced from the Administration department at Mode Codd Stenders to the Marketing Assistant at Mode Design. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Business at QUT, Majoring in Entertainment Tourism and Marketing, and is looking forward to finishing her degree at the end of 2012.

Marc Falconer

Marc is a registered British Architect and has developed a wealth of experience from working in the United Kingdom in both Private and Government practices. He has been involved in a variety of sectors including healthcare, commercial, education, residential and community projects with a philosophy that innovative design comes from understanding clients’ needs whilst responding to the local environment. Marc joined the company in 2010 with the aim to further develop his Australian design and project management experience.

Tony has a variety of experience in detailing and documenting a variety of building types. He is an enthusiastic team member with a professional attitude to his work. He has thorough computer documentation skills and has worked on residential, retail, Commercial, hospitality and institutional projects. Tony is currently employed in the Correctional team, in the Brisbane studio and is completing his degree in Design, majoring in Architecture at the Queensland University of Technology.

With the desire to broaden her design perspective and make a lifestyle change, Alex has left the London smog behind, opting for a sunnier climate, and has recently joined the Sunshine Coast Studio. She has an abundant amount of experience from the United Kingdom with extensive work involving the specialist housing and healthcare sector as well as commercial and residential sectors. She is now looking for the opportunity to enhance her design and detailing skills and increase her responsibilities with the aim to register in Queensland. Alex has travelled extensively, which has enabled her to indulge in her two passions; architecture and photography.
