Shirley joined the company in 1992 and was later appointed Administration Manager and Senior Associate. With over 15 years experience in office administration Shirley is responsible for managing MODE DESIGN’s human resources, payroll and accounts for the five MODE studios.

Greg Wines

Greg joined the company in 2003 after completing a Bachelor of Architecture from Queensland University of Technology and was apppointed Associate in 2008.

As an accredited Green Star architect, Greg’s interest lies in applying environmentally sustainable designs to each project and he has developed an interesting portfolio of experience in health care projects throughout South East Queensland.

Andy Pham

Andy was appointed an Associate in 2008 and brings over 14 years experience in the industry.

Graduating from the Queensland University of Technology in 1999 with a Bachelor in Built Enviroment and Architecture, Andy’s expertise lies in creating highly functional, low maintenance and flexible spaces which respond effectively to End User needs. His particular areas of interest includes education, residential, commercial and retail projects.

Andrew Roe

Andrew joined the company in 2002 and was appointed Senior Associate in 2005.

Andrew is passionate about sustainability. He comes from a background in construction as a Building Foreman Clerk of Works and brings an in-depth understanding of economic practicalities in building systems.

Prior to joining MODE DESIGN, Andrew worked extensively on hotels and resorts in Indonesia and Thailand. He has a broad understanding of all aspects of architecture and has particular interest in education, hospitality and tourism, community, sports and recreation projects.
