<p>He is currently responsible for a number of secure facilities projects at various stages of design, documentation and on site construction.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tamara is a registered architect with twelve years experience in the field.  She attained her degree in Architecture with Honours from Queensland University of Technology in 2007.  Since joining MODE DESIGN in 2008, Tamara has been a project architect in the Health Care Team.  Her experience in design, documentation, and contract administration has enabled her to undertake the design and building procurement of several major health facilities.</p>

<p>Graduating from the Queensland University of Technology in 1999 with a Bachelor in Built Enviroment and Architecture, Andy&#8217;s expertise lies in creating highly functional, low maintenance and flexible spaces which respond effectively to End User needs.  His particular areas of interest includes education, residential, commercial and retail projects.</p>

<p>Dr. Bridgman offers specialised expertise in design for the hot-humid tropics, Indigenous communities in rural and remote regions, and a range of specialised building types throughout the NT.  David also undertakes heritage conservation work and is an active  member of the International Council On Monuments and Sites.</p>
<p>Over the span of his 25 year career, David has achieved recognition for his design skills  with several local and national awards and has published widely with papers for various industry publications, magazines and both local and international architectural journals. David’s interests include sustainability in architecture and regionalism as a theoretical paradigm in the practice of architecture. He has lectured in Architecture at Charles Darwin University and is the author of  <em>Acclimatisation – Architecture at the Top End of Australia</em> which was awarded the inaugural N.T. Chief Minister’s History Award.</p>

<p>Prior to joining the Brisbane studio, Daniel held senior positions with Architecture firms in Sydney and the United Kingdom. With strong project management skills, Daniel is able to successfully lead design teams from inception through to practical completion.</p>
<p>Daniel is particularly interested in the development of retail parks and shopping centres, and is responsible for developing the company&#8217;s portfolio in this area, in addition to MODE DESIGN&#8217;s residential and health care sectors.</p>
