This facility was designed with four internal landscaped courtyards which create three private dining pavilions and the flexibility of up to eight individual dining rooms. The external envelope of the building is reminiscent of a large country home with a large northern verandah, providing a threshold to the formal entry which features a vaulted ceiling and outdoor lounge and bar areas.
